This method focuses on gentle, sustainable joint mobility that helps create more freedom and space in both the mind and body.

Join our wonderful instructor Jamie Hall, whose supportive teaching style makes this practice accessible for adults and seniors alike. With consistent practice, you’ll notice improved comfort, mobility, and a deeper sense of calm.

Class Schedule:

  • Tuesdays: 10:45–11:45 AM
  • Wednesdays: 4:45–5:45 PM
  • Thursdays: 10:45–11:45 AM
  • Weekends: Varied times (see activity listings)

Please note: All classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If enrollment is low, the CSD or instructor may cancel the session.
