Yoga for Every - Body!!

The Kaiut method is inclusive and accessible for all bodies. It is designed for those who are rigid, hyper-flexible, and everything else in between. Adults, as well as seniors, will benefit from the safe and simple movement of the joints, which, when done with consistency, sustainability, and variety, provides more freedom and space in the mind and body. Join the wonderful Instructor Jamie Hall in this class!

Please note: All classes and programs require a minimum number of participants to run. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the Cameron Park Community Services District (CSD) or the instructor reserves the right to cancel the class or program.
