Join our wonderful instructor Jamie Hall, whose supportive teaching style makes this practice accessible for adults and seniors alike. With consistent practice, you’ll notice improved comfort, mobility, and a deeper sense of calm.
Class Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 10:45–11:45 AM
- Wednesdays: 4:45–5:45 PM
- Thursdays: 10:45–11:45 AM
- Weekends: Varied times (see activity listings)
Please note: All classes require a minimum number of participants to run. If enrollment is low, the CSD or instructor may cancel the session.
