Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

What is the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)?

The Architectural Review Committee oversees property improvements governed by CC&Rs which require new homes and specific improvements (painting, roofing, fencing, additions, etc.) to receive committee approval.

If ARC approval for these types of improvements is not received in advance of the project start, it is a potential violation of the CC&R'S and additional fees may be charged.

The ARC was established by the Cameron Park Community Services District according to the CC&R's for each neighborhood unit. The ARC reviews and approves applications for exterior modifications and/or additions. For specific details about what is acceptable, owners and residents should consult the CC&R's governing the specific parcel being modified.

The ARC meets bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 8:30AM in the Social Room at the Community Center. Applications and plans must be submitted by 12PM the Wednesday prior to the scheduled meeting to initiate an ARC review on the following Tuesday. Applicants are welcome to attend the meetings. Please contact the Cameron Park Community Services District Compliance Officer at (530) 672-2031 or email arc@cameronpark.org for further questions.
