El Dorado Disposal is piloting a new process for their curbside battery removal program!

They are rolling out a plastic zip-lock style bag that is labeled with education and proper steps for disposal of batteries. See below to view an image of the bag for reference. The new bags offer the ability for customers to place larger batteries of different sorts (power tools, tablets, computer batteries, etc.) that could not previously be disposed of in our containers we distributed simply due to the size of the opening.
