CC & R Office
Community Member Positions Available
The Cameron Park Community Services District is seeking volunteer candidates to be appointed to vacancies on the CC&R Committee and ARC Committee. Candidates must be residents of the District. The term of the appointment ends December 2025.
Conditions, Covenants & Restrictions (CC&R) Standing Committee
- The CC&R Committee meets on the first Monday of every month at 5:30pm on the CSD campus. This is a five-member committee, comprised of two Board members and three Community Members. The purpose of this Committee is to assist the CC&R Officer in interpreting each neighborhoods unique CC&R (there are approximately 90 in total), help to determine appropriate compliance steps to the CC&Rs, and hear residents’ appeals regarding compliance.
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
- The ARC Committee meets bi-weekly Tuesday mornings at 8:30 AM on the CSD campus. This is a subcommittee to the CC&R committee comprised of three community members. Our CC&Rs require that all exterior projects and structures be submitted to the CSD by residents for review, confirming that the project meets the requirements of the CC&Rs. The purpose of this committee is to assist the CC&R officer in approving, denying or requesting additional information on the project being reviewed.
How to apply:
- These volunteer appointments require attendance at all scheduled meetings. If you are interested in serving your community on one of these committees, please send a cover letter and/or a resume with your information (Name, contact information, address and profession) to the CC&R officer at ccr@cameronpark.org
- The CC&R officer will review the request for volunteer and forward the information to the Board President to appoint members to the appropriate committee. New committee members will begin their service in January or February of 2025.
